Justin Timberlake, Anna Kendrick discusses their new film 'Trolls'

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Who wants to summarize the plot?

ANNA KENDRICK: The trolls are the happiest creatures in the world. They have been living in peace and safety for 20 years. They’ve gotten really comfortable with that. Poppy, my character, is the queen of the trolls. She’s been a slightly irresponsible leader in that she has made no safety precautions against [monsters called] the Bergens. And then Justin’s character…

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE: They’re the happiest creatures on the planet with the exception of one: me.

KENDRICK: He’s just in a bad mood. He’s got bad hair.

TIMBERLAKE: He’s got digestive problems, probably. You find out later in the movie why [he’s so cranky]. My character is constantly warning them, “If you keep making all this noise and singing and dancing all day, the Bergens are going to find us, and they’re going to eat us.” And as it turns out he was right.

KENDRICK: So I seek out Branch to help me rescue my friends, and he doesn’t want to. So I decide to go on my own, but I leave him surrounded by all the happiest trolls and figure he’s going to choose the death-defying adventure over staying with a bunch of happy trolls.

Anna Kendrick and James Corden perform pop love song medley

The car isn’t the only place James Corden can sing. On Wednesday night, The Late Late Show host had Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick as a guest but rather than take her for a ride on Carpool Karaoke, Corden tried something else. Together, he and Kendrick performed a medley of various pop love songs, as a Soundtrack to a Love Story.

Taylor Lautner Joins Scream Queens Season 2 as Series Regular

Taylor Lautner in Scream Queens

Taylor Lautner is about to shape shift into the world’s prettiest doctor.
The Twilight actor is checking into Scream Queens‘ hospital-themed second season in a series-regular role, TVLine has learned. He’ll be playing “Dr. Cassidy Cascade,” an MD who suffers from a strange medical condition (hmmm… ) and becomes a suspect when a series of tragic events plagues the institution.
Lautner will be making rounds alongside fellow Scream Queens rookie John Stamos, who is set to portray fellow doc Brock Holt, the hospital’s brilliant — but secretive — head surgeon.
Prior to his breakout role as Jacob Black in the Twilight franchise, Lautner cut his teeth on the small screen with guest stints on The Bernie Mac Show and My Wife and Kids, before landing the full-time role of Christian Slater’s son in NBC’s My Own Worst Enemy. He most recently co-starred in the U.K. sitcom Cuckoo.

Kristen Stewart to star in ‘JT Leroy’ Movie

Variety : Kristen Stewart and Helena Bonham Carter are in talks to join James Franco in “JT LeRoy,” a behind-the-scenes look at the story of the literary hoax.
Justin Kelly, who directed Franco in “I Am Michael,” will direct the film from his own script, based on the memoir and life rights of Savannah Kroop, who was identified in 2006 as the person who portrayed JT LeRoy — a woman who pretended to be a man who identifies as transgender, tricking the rich and famous in Hollywood, the fashion world and elite literary circles.

LBI Entertainment, Aquarius and Franco’s Rabbit Bandini Productions are producing, while Aquarius is providing equity financing. International rights are being sold at the Berlin Film Festival by Fortitude International.
Producers are planning on starting to shoot this summer.

Kristen on the Cover of AnOther Magazine

AnOther : “Parties and magazines have always gone hand in hand, and never more so than in the history of AnOther Magazine,” Jefferson Hack writes in the editor’s letter which opens the issue. “There have been costume-ball parties, private house parties, parties in libraries, after-hours parties, contemporary art parties, rooftop parties, regal garden parties, private boat parties, parties at off-grid locations, modern dance parties and even movie premiere parties.”

It makes perfect sense, therefore, that the 15th anniversary issue of AnOther Magazine takes the form of a party – a raucous but intimate, exuberant but reflective celebration of the most provocative and captivating people, ideas and attitudes of the moment. And to lead the proceedings, our four unique cover stars act as dream party hosts – each of whom defines the AnOther woman. Meet our hosts here.

Actress Kristen Stewart’s rebellious energy is given a romantic twist in photographs by Paolo Roversi, styled by AnOther Magazine’s Fashion Director Katie Shillingford. Accompanying the shoot is a Parisian tête-à-tête with actor and artist Benn Northover, in which the pair consider the strength of focus and subversive spirit which have landed Stewart supporting actress trophies from the New York Film Critic’s Circle and the César awards.

Ashley Greeene on ‘Jody’ Radio Movie [Audio]

"Jody by Jason Wilborn and Chris Kyle is a great way to bridge the gap between the NFL’s Conference Championships and Sunday’s Super Bowl. A Black List reader wrote about the script, “This script fires pitch perfectly on all cylinders. From start to finish, this script surprises. Its characters and plot throwing left right punches making for edge of your seat drama.” Jody stars Ed Quinn, Ashley Greene, Constance Zimmer, Emily Osment, Michael Dempsey, Jonathan Goldstein, Aimee Teegarden, Matt Barr, Carter Hastings, JR Lemon, and Cooper Thornton"
