You know your a big star when you land not one but two Golden Collar nominations! Uggie, the canine star who all of Hollywood is barking about did just that! This morning, Uggie, garnered two nominations in the Best Dog in a Theatrical film, for his work in "Water for Elephants" and "The Artist"!
