Water for Elephants is listed The San Francisco Chronicle of 14 Films That Merit Honors
Water for Elephants (April): “Inglourious Basterds” put Christoph Waltz on the map. This film shows that he is not a one-hit wonder. His performance as a mercurial, charming, tortured, sadistic, amiable, magnetic and altogether unpredictable circus owner deserves a supporting actor Oscar nomination. At least. Read More

What Twilight Co-Star is NOT Looking Forward to BD Sex Scenes??
EOnline - "I have not seen [it]," Michael Welch told us of Robsten's Breaking Dawn bed scene at the Second Annual Thirst Project Gala in Beverly Hills. "And I'll be honest, I can't say I'm looking forward to it, because these are good friends of mine and I don't really want to see that."
For those of you who are excited to see Edward and Bella in the sack, Jackson Rathbone told us back in February just how steamy the scene will be.
"It's definitely sexy," he said. "It sizzles, man. It sizzles like bacon!"
Meanwhile, something Welch is looking forward to is Stewart in her upcoming fairy-tale flick Snow White and the Huntsman.
"She's going to make a wonderful Snow White," he said. "She's gonna do it in her Kristen-y way that only she can. But I'm really looking forward to it because I'm a big fan of her work."
Is he just staying in character and being a jealous Mike Newton or does he feel like me, we are watching a real life couples very intimate moments? BTW, I'm over that...bring on the Director's cut!!! Read More

Kellan Lutz Impressed by Rob's Workout Regimen
Tags: Movie Trailers, Movies Blog
In the "Breaking Dawn" trailer we see Edward Cullen take his new bride Bella on their honeymoon retreat, and it’s there that we get a short glimpse of his bulging back when he BREAKS THE HEADBOARD in a fit of passion.
After seeing the scene, however, some wondered if Rob actually used a body double. Well, we caught up with his "Twilight" co-star Kellan Lutz, who blessedly assured us that it was all Rob.
"Someone asked if that was me. Is that Kellan’s back?" the 26-year-old actor said, laughing at the idea. "I’m really proud of Rob for working out and really training really hard. He cycled so hard and trained very hard, and he’s really diligent. He talked to me about what proteins to drink and what to do and he listened and cared. He had a great mentality for it."

Peter Facinelli to produce film about Whitey Bulger
If you missed it, famed Boston Mobster Whitey Bulger was recently arrested after being on the run for 15 years and on America’s Most Wanted list. A new film will be made based on Bulger’s Boston gang and Peter Facinelli will produce! Peter has been involved almost a year with the project, before Bulger was only just recently arrested. Good timing! From Deadline:
Twilight Saga star Peter Facinelli is producing an adaptation of Street Soldier: My Life as an Enforcer For Whitey Bulger and the Boston Irish Mob, an adaptation of the Edward MacKenzie and Phyllis Karas book. Facinelli Films is teamed with Brookstreet Pictures on an indie film that will tell the story of Bulger’s rise and disappearance from the Boston mob scene. While Bulger was said to have informed the character that Jack Nicholson played in The Departed, his tale has drawn film interest after he was apprehended in Santa Monica after vanishing in 1994 as federal agents were about to arrest him in connection with 21 killings, racketeering and other crimes perpetrated in the 70s and 80s involving his Winter Hill gang.
Fortunately for Facinelli, he got involved nine months ago and has a Nick Gordon script and funding commitment from Brookstreet Pictures. He wants to tell the story from the vantage point of MacKenzie, a boxer, drug dealer and feared enforcer. They will go out to filmmakers and a cast. “With the extraordinary capture of Whitey Bulger, there is no better time to tell this amazing story of the Boston Irish Mob from the gripping perspective of Eddie Mac,” said Brookstreet president/CEO Trevor Matthews, who’ll produce with Facinelli, Rob DeFranco and Alison Haskovec. Brookstreet previously produced Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer and The Shrine. Gersh’s Jay Cohen and the Paradigm Motion Picture Finance Group put the pieces together.

Book-To-Movie Adaptations: MTV’s 10 Most Anticipated Casting Announcements
MTV has released a list of their 10 most anticipated casting announcement for book-to-film adaptations. I think I’ll share because several of them are Twilight relevant! Xavier, Jamie, Taylor and The Host all mentioned! Check out the scoop:
Character: Simon in “The Mortal Instruments” series
Who is he? Best friend to heroine Clary Fray (Lily Collins), romantic rival to Shadowhunter Jace (Jamie Campbell Bower), rock god extraordinaire (in his dreams)
Latest buzz: Names like Logan Lerman and Asher Book have been bandied about for a while now, but the most intriguing rumor of late (courtesy of Young Adult Fantasy Guide webmaster Stacey O’Neale) is that “Eclipse” star Xavier Samuel auditioned for Jace, and though he didn’t score the role, he made quite an impression on Screen Gems. Could he be a Simon contender? (Personally I think he’s too old and a little too good looking for the part, but I won’t say no to more Xavier in my movies.)
Character: Jared in “The Host”
Who is he? Kick-ass survivor of an alien invasion, love interest to human/extra-terrestrial Melanie/Wanderer (Saoirse Ronan)
Latest buzz: This film adaptation hasn’t been hosting much casting speculation of late, but with a February 2012 filming date (and a March 2013 release date), it’s likely news will invade within the next few months. (Sadly, after suggesting Steven R. McQueen for the role yesterday, I realized it would likely conflict with his “Vampire Diaries” schedule. Boo.)
Character: Claudia in “Incarceron”
Who is she? Prison warden’s daughter, love interest to Finn (Taylor Lautner)
Latest buzz: Rumors have been following Claudia’s casting for months now, with one report citing Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively and Emma Watson as frontrunners. Jennifer later dismissed that speculation, and with Blake seemingly angling for more grown-up projects (she’ll play Chloe Moretz’s MOM in “Hick”), we think this might be Emma’s role to lose. (Y’know, if she’s up for yet another literary adaptation!)

Ashley Greene will be going to Brazil
After Peter Facinelli, now Ashley Greene is confirmed in ”The Meadow Brazil Convention”, event that will reunite fans of The Twilight Saga on January 14 and 15 of 2012, in São Paulo.
In the movies, Ashley plays Alice Cullen, Edward’s sister (Robert Pattinson) and she’s one of the
best friends of Bella (Kristen Stewart).
Facinelli plays Dr. Carlisle, Alice and Edward’s father. They will be on the movie theaters again in
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, that will be release in Brazil on November 18.
The worldwide midnight session can happen at the same time with USA and Rio de Janeiro, which
city was part of the location to Breaking Dawn shooting. The Rio Film Comission is negociating the
coming of the Twilight cast and the decision should be announced on the next weeks.

Rob, Kellan, Taylor & Jamie up for UK Glamour's Sexiest Man of 2011
Glamour UK- Rob on the 'Harry Potter Stars All Grown Up'
This photo almost killed our Robert Pattinson crushes dead. Almost, but not quite. In 2005, the actor, who played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire, thought it was a good idea to wear leather trousers, with a velvet jacket. Hmm – and we’re going to try and ignore those shoes. Not even you, Rob, can carry off this look.
Much better! In 2008 Robert swapped the leather and velvet for denim and general hotness. No wonder we were Robsessed as soon as we clapped eyes on him. Just a shame he forgot to tie his shoelaces.
Rob has developed his style credentials ever since and, this year, we named him 2011’s Best Dressed Man. Here, at the Water For Elephants German premiere, Rob wore a chocolate brown Gucci suit and showed he isn’t scared to experiment. As long as that experiment doesn’t involve those leather trouser, we’re happy with that, Rob.

Juliette Binoche talks about Robert Pattinson in an interview with La Provence – France
From laprovence (translated by Yulia Belka)
For David Cronenberg’s new movie ?
J.B: Yes, it is called “Cosmopolis”. I play an art dealer who has an affair with Robert Pattinson. He, plays a billionaire who loses everything.Robert Pattinson evolves in a sphere that seems far away from yours…
J.B: I don’t have a point of view about his career, I didn’t see the “Twilight” movies. We had diner together on set. He is an incredible cinema buff who for several years saw two to three movies a day. He is a fan of “Les amants du Pont Neuf” (The Pont Neuf lovers). He was funny, you would have thought he was a little child.Via Robsten Dreams, Source
‘The Host’ Movie Gets A Release Date
The film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s sci-fi novel The Host will be distributed by Open Road Films, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Written and directed by Andrew Niccol, and starring Academy Award nominee Saoirse Ronan, The Host is slated to open on March 29, 2013. Niccol, probably best known for Gattaca, will start shooting the film in Louisiana and New Mexico in February 2012.
Studios have been looking for another big-time franchise to replace the Harry Potter and Stephenie Meyer’s own Twilight Saga franchises. The former will come to a close this year; the latter ends in summer 2012.
In The Host — which is not a book series — an alien race take over the bodies and minds of humans. Inevitably, one particular human refuses to let herself become “possessed.” Invader and invaded then become unlikely allies.
Among Saoirse Ronan’s best-known movies are Atonement, The Lovely Bones, Hanna, and City of Ember.

Robert Pattinson’s top ten fears
1. The Dark: When Rob was asked by Bravo magazine what scares him he replied: “Darkness! I can’t fall asleep without a light! …And I don’t like driving. Even in a taxi.”
2. Clowns: He explained: "The first time I went to the circus somebody died. One of the clowns died. His little car exploded. The joke car exploded on him. Seriously. Everybody ran out. It was terrifying."
3. Getting stabbed! : "My brain doesn't really accept fame, so it's fine. I can be put anywhere and it just goes completely over my head. I just don't want to get stabbed or something.
4. Fears over doing theatre: Talking to Elle magazine, he explained: 'I'd really, really love to do a play in London but I'd just be afraid it would turn into an N Sync concert. Or people would come along expecting it to be like Twilight.
5. Fame: "I haven't found one place in the world yet where I could disappear. Even the most remote places I can imagine, someone will ask me for a picture with them or an autograph. Honestly, I didn't think that I would be recognized so easily,"
6. Horses: “I had to get knocked down by a horse. That was terrifying,” the 24-year-old actor told USA Today. “It was just one split second but (it was) a fully grown stallion…I’m kind of relatively scared of horses as well. I’m just glad I didn’t have to ride any of them. I’m not particularly good at horse riding.”
7. HIV from all his bloodsucking: “People ask me to bite them and want to touch my hair. I just don’t want someone to have a needle and give me HIV and I don’t want to get shot or stabbed.”
8. Dating: “I can never live up to the image that the media has created; I am not that ‘hunk.’ Besides that there is always the fear that women only want to date me because I’m famous, and with a little bad luck they will go straight to the gossip press afterward.”
9. Deaththreats: “I go through [fan mail] myself. But I think I might get them censored, because I’m always expecting to get the one thing that says, ‘I know where you live and I’m going to kill you!’”
10. Buying a house: "I've been forced to stay in a hotel for the last three years, which is frustrating. I almost gave in and bought a house in Hollywood. But luckily I realised how insanely expensive that is and I don't even know if I'll still be working next year."
