Ten things to hope to see in the new 'Breaking Dawn - Part 1' trailer

So far with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1, we've gotten a few morsels - thanks to the first trailer, the film's official stills, and the clips shown at Comic-Con - but there's still a lot left to be seen from the film. Trailer number two, which debuts tomorrow, promises to offer a few new glimpses, if the fifteen-second preview we saw last week is any indication.
Having put to bed the discussion as to whether fans want to see the wedding dress ahead of time (a resounding "No" came from that one), and assuming more romance from the honeymoon is always desired, what else can we hope to see in the second trailer? Here are ten ideas:

The Guardian
The first scene in the book, where "Bella" fills up the tank of her Mercedes Guardian - her pre-transformation car meant to protect her from everything, given to her by "Edward" after her truck conveniently kicked the bucket - is a good one because it's "Bella" in her own head, still a spectacle of course, reviewing what she's about to do: get married. Which is something she always thought was ridiculous in a way. It's an easy one to cut from the story if needs-be, but I hope it doesn't fall to that fate. Seeing this car in the trailer would certainly resolve the issue of whether this will be included in the film.
  • More Charlie in a Tux
We got a sneak peek at "Charlie" (Billy Burke) preparing to give his daughter away - not enthusiastically, to be sure - for her big day in one new still from the film, and it was as adorable. "Charlie" in a tux, uncomfortable as ever when it come to his daughter's love life . . . it's just priceless. I can't wait to hear what he has to say to her and "Edward" (Robert Pattinson) in this moment, so inclusion of any part of this in trailer is very acceptable in my book.
  • Where's Jasper?
Some of these ideas came directly from readers and followers, and one of the popular suggestions has been "More Jasper." So far, little has been seen of this character, even despite his grand participation in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, so many of you are hoping that trailer two will bring forth a shot of the pre-bachelor party moment when "Jasper" (Jackson Rathbone) and "Emmett" (Kellan Lutz) call "Edward" down from "Bella's" room to join them on a little hunting excursion before the wedding day.
The Denali
While The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will bring us a ton of new characters, Part 1 really only brings about five - the members of the Denali Coven: "Kate," "Tanya," "Irina," "Carmen," and "Eleazar." They've all been included in early still images from the film, but they were pretty much glanced over in the first trailer's quick shot of the wedding scene. Seeing more from "Tanya" in particular might help to set the stage for this group's involvement with both Part 1 and Part 2.

Push and Pull him to the BedThere's one part of the honeymoon that has yet to be explored: the push and pull "Bella" (Kristen Stewart) has to do to get her new husband into bed after their first, headboard-breaking, pillow-biting, bruise-rendering experience. "Edward" pulls out all the stops to fill the honeymoon with distractions, and it takes a lot of convincing on her part to overcome his hesitance and give it another go. Of course, we've seen some indication of these moments from the film stills (particularly in the chess game shot), but it'd be nice to watch some of that interaction in the second trailer.

Intrawolf ConflictThe Comic-Con clip which featured "Jacob" (Taylor Lautner) hinted at a lot of duplicitous conflict between himself and his fellow wolves. Since Breaking Dawn was the first book to have a section written from his perspective, we got to learn a lot about him and his take on the situation at-hand. It would be nice to see a bit more of that dilemma in the newest preview.

The VolturiWhile on the subject of conflict, the overaching nemeses of the Cullen Coven throughout the Twilight Saga have been, in one way or another, the Volturi. This royal-ish clan, headed by "Aro" (Michael Sheen) has been on a vampire talent search for hundreds of years, collecting minions to do their leadership biddings. "Edward" and "Alice" (Ashley Greene) have long been "Most Wanted" by these, but with "Bella" coming up into the vampire world, "Aro's" got his eye on her as well. We all know they'll be making a move to Forks by the end of Part 2, and no doubt those events will be set into motion during Part 1. We know they got an announcement for (not an invitation to) the wedding, so it'd be interesting to see more of how that was received.

Baby Kicks and Talks in her WayFor one, brief moment in the fifteen-second preview, we got to see the full-on baby belly. It was rather un-shocking, though, and we all know there are some shocks to be had with that particular situation, so one thing the new trailer could do to introduce this is show the baby kicking (it's supposed to be pretty visible, if memory serves) and perhaps even communicating, in her way, with "Edward."

Rosalie the ProtectorAs with Eclipse, "Rosalie" (Nikki Reed) becomes something of a central figure in portions of Breaking Dawn. Whether selfishly or not, she is the only one of the Cullens who truly takes "Bella's" side in wanting to keep the baby. Of course, "Rosalie" seems to have no regard or concern over "Bella's" safety in the matter, but she steps up and acts as a protector. This, in turn, leads to a lot of (at-times funny) conflict with "Jacob," which is another thing I wouldn't mind getting a preview of in trailer two. Mostly, though, you seem to want to see her being fierce when it comes to anyone getting near "Bella." I do too.

The Birth Scene
In the fifteen-second preview, "the fetus" was discussed, for all its dangers to "Bella," and in the first trailer, we saw "Edward" and "Jacob" coming to blows in that room, but we have yet to see anything from the birth scene itself. It's been a mainstay of Breaking Dawn - Part 1 discussions, with the filmmakers reassuring us constantly that it'll be handled well on-screen. I'd like to decide for myself, wouldn't you?
