Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s first screen hit Twilight grabbed seven nominations at the MTV Movie Awards last year including Best Picture and Best Kiss. This year again duo again has been listed as prospective nominees not only for the second installment New Moon but also for the movies in which they star individually.
Pattinson is up for best actor for “Remember Me” and “New Moon” similarly Stewart is up for Best Actress for “The Runaways” and “New Moon”. Besides, both the actors might end up getting two nominations for best kiss. MTV has picked Rob’s kiss with Emile De Ravin in “Remember Me” and his kiss with New Moons’ Bella for the best kiss. The kissing list also includes Stewart’s kiss with Dakota Fanning in docu-drama “The Runaways”
The pair’s second sequel New Moon features in the list for best movie along with academy nominated movies like Avatar, Hurt Locker etc. Moreover Pattinson’s growing popularity has got him a place in the list of Global Superstar.
Twilight fans can visit MovieAwards.MTV.com to vote for their favorite star. Voting is open till April 9. The awards ceremony will be held on June 6 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.
