Mirror and NDTV Movies report that Robert Pattinson was about to pay a huge price of fame by losing his life recently in New York. During the filming of “Remember Me”, a huge crowd of mainly teenage girls mobbed him while the 23 year old young star was crossing the road. He was so much surrounded by the fanatic bunch of fans that he couldn’t even see a cab coming across!
Yup, just as you guessed, Rob almost got hit by the taxi which he didn’t see coming down the street. His attention was diverted by the girls who chased him all the way down the road. And you can’t even blame the ladies for that, can you?

Didn’t we say earlier that the girls were at their extremes when Rob’s wax statute was unveiled in Madame Tussauds Museum in Times Square, New York? Even if the ladies didn’t get a glimpse of the original Pattinson, they didn’t mind chewing up the wax figure!

Whew…the relief is that nothing happened to the Brit hunk and he missed the cab by few inches!
