‘Twilight: Eclipse’ premiere set for June 24. Are you ready?

Twihards, your next chance to see Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner or Kristen Stewart in person is June 24.

That Thursday has been designated for the official “Twilight: Eclipse” red carpet premiere in Los Angeles, it was reported via Twitter.

Although the previous “Twilight” and “New Moon” premieres took place at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood, TheLAScene claims that it has confirmation from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce that the “Eclipse” event will take place at a historic Hollywood landmark.

“BREAKING NEWS! We have confirmation from Hollywood CofC that ECLIPSE movie premiere will be at GRAUMAN’S CHINESE THEATER 6/24/10!!,” tweeted TheLAScene Wednesday (April 7). “On June 24-25, Hollywood Blvd between Highland Ave. & Orange Dr will be closed, specifically for @Twilight Saga: #Eclipse premiere.”

So book those plane tickets and maybe a hotel room, but hold off on the tents and special R-Patz body pillow. It’s not yet certain if camping will be allowed at this venue.

“Eclipse’s” theatrical premiere — you know, the one without the red carpet glitz and glamour — is scheduled for June 30.

June 24. Hollywood. Are you there?

  1. Great blog... I like the animation of the movies on the side. How did you do that?
