Anna Kendrick is a busy gal! She has reportedly joined the cast of L.A. cop drama End of Watch which also stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena. It looks like Anna would play the significant other of the dreamy Jake.
Variety reports that Anna Kendrick (”Up In The Air,” “Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World”) and Natalie Martinez (”Detroit 1-8-7”) are negotiating to join the film. Sounds pretty good, but unfortunately, they will be relegated to the love interest roles of the respective leads. Yawn. Specific plot details are still being kept close to the chest, but the story will revolve around two LAPD officers as “they confront marriage, love, fatherhood and the harsh realities of the Los Angeles streets.” Yeah, we probably could have guessed that.
