If you're one of the odd, elusive pop-culture literati who prefers to read your movies instead of watching them, thankyouverymuch, then this next bit of news will be right up your alley...and of course, if you just want to get your hot little hands on every last anything related to the upcoming release of "Snow White and the Huntsman," well, you'll probably be pretty psyched, too. Because this cinematic story—which used the classic fairytale about wayward princesses and hardworking little people as a springboard from which to create a Snow White who's bigger, bolder and altogether badder-ass than the original—is about to hit bookshelves as an honest-to-goodness novel. And we've got the EXCLUSIVE two-sided poster to prove it!
This glorious triptych work of art is our great privilege to debut, and the same pretty picture will be included inside the "Snow White and the Huntsman" book, which will be released on April 17 by Little, Brown.
The novelization, penned by Lily Blake, is based on the original screenplay by John Lee Hancock, Hossein Amini and Evan Daugherty—and for interested parties, it'll be a read-it-before-you-can-see-it look at the story behind the soon-to-be-released film (out June 1).
As in, if you want some advance intel on the plotline so that you can better focus your attention on ogling the living bejeezus out of Chris Hemsworth in his Medieval breeches, you might want to pick this up. Just saying.
