Kellan Lutz to play Tarzan in animated feature

Kellan Lutz will don a motion capture suit and act out scenes as Tarzan (similar to how the animation was done for Avatar) and then the actions will be translated to an animated film! Unfortunately, animation means no live action Kellan in a loin cloth. But that’s OK, we still have The Immortals for that!

Twilight Saga‘s Kellan Lutz will star as Tarzan in the Constantin film that will be directed by Reinhard Klooss (Animals United). The film is fully animated CGI with motion capture. He will act the role in a script by Jessica Postigo, Yoni Brenner (Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs) and Kloos wrote the script. Spencer Locke is in talks to play Jane.
