How would you like to take a bite out of Robert Pattinson? The British actor already has a was figure modeled after him, but now the Twilight star has inspired the creation of a 39-pound solid chocolate treat, which one lucky fan will get to sink his or her teeth into.
Why was Rob was immortalized in chocolate? U.K. movie rental company LoveFilm recently conducted a hottest Hollywood star poll in which the winner would be turned into a giant edible bust. The 23-year-old actor took home top honors, beating out movie vets such as Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and Ryan Reynolds with 16 percent of the total votes.
The Belgian chocolate sculpture took food artist Prudence Staite two weeks to make and was created to the likeness of Rob’s Twilight character Edward Cullen. LoveFilm is currenty holding a contest where the winner will get to take the unique chocolate treat home.
“We were inundated with requests from fans looking to win and even some asking to buy the chocolate head outright,” Fliss White, head of brand marketing at Lovefilm, told the Telegraph. “We’d heard that fans always ask him to ‘bite’ them but now it seems they are more than willing to turn the tables.” What do you think, Twi-fans?
