It’s baaaaack!
The Twilight saga continues its run this summer on June 30 when Eclipse comes to theaters.
After a box office record-setter in New Moon, many fans think the third installment in the series could surpass the first two movies.
“Yes, I think it can. Everyone knows the Twilight series even if they haven’t read it,” sophomore Victoria Quick said.
Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner will all reprise their main roles in the series as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black, respectively.
Two of the main characters are guys portrayed to be the most amazing male superheroes ever to the female population. Edward came along in Twilight for Bella.
When he left in New Moon because he was afraid he would hurt Bella, the werewolf Jacob Black stepped in and became her new best friend.
In the beginning of Eclipse, the love triangle that sparked in New Moon continues, as Bella must find a way spend time with both her vampire boyfriend Edward and her werewolf best friend Jacob.
Bella and her supernatural cohorts also must deal with the vampire Victoria; Edward killed her mate in the first movie.
Also, in Seattle, a band of baby vampires has been created, and it can’t control its hunger. The Cullens must also deal with this so that their home in Forks, Washington is not harmed.
Bella must choose either immortality with the love of her life, Edward, or the mortality of being a regular human.
