Yahoo! has unveiled its 2011 "Year in Review" feature for most-searched films, and, according to that list, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 was the second-most searched film of the year (Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2 was number one).
Last week, we learned that Breaking Dawn - Part 1, the book version of Breaking Dawn, and its author Stephenie Meyer were some of the year's most-searched items on Google as well.
Any surprise that Breaking Dawn was one of the big items on the internet in 2011? Nah.
As Yahoo! points out, Part 1 had a lot of components of interest to Twilight Saga fans - the wedding, the dress, the honeymoon, the baby - and part of production took place this year as well. So, there was a lot to be searched for this year regarding the film.
