Kristen Stewart speaks out in May

HollywoodNews.com: May will be a full month for U.S.-based Kstew fans, who will hear her voice more than we have in awhile. Though she and the characters she plays have consistently been featured on the “hot lists” of certain U.S. magazines, and though she’s done interviews with several foreign ones, those who have gotten sneak peeks of her May interviews report the star as speaking out.

In order to see what she says, you’ll have to go buy the issues or make sure to watch the shows on which she will appear. Most talked-about are the May 13th release of the Elle Magazine interview, the airing of The Oprah Show on the same date, and the(currently available) May issue of Flaunt Magazine. Since the former two have not been released, most quotations and speculation on what is said is unconfirmed. Rumors of Kristen’s commentary in all three include the following themes:

The Twitterverse. Her conspicuous absence from Twitter (along with Rob’s and Taylor’s) is often discussed by fans, but some are blogging that she speaks about the issue in Flaunt. Commenting less on why she chooses not to tweet, she is reported as talking about the intrusiveness that the ability of tweeters to report on her whereabouts has imposed on her ability to maintain privacy in her life.

Her Image. She is reported as talking about criticism she hears about appearing “sour” and “depressed” in public; offering insights about what it’s really like on the red carpet (e.g., with hoardes of people screaming at her), can she really be blamed?

Her Relationships. Though she has remained silent in the past about her relationships themselves, she has commented some on why she won’t comment on these relationships. In some of her may interviews, she is reported as clarifying this point—echoing more clearly her views on how she still finds doing so an act of intrusion.
