Just two years ago, the stars of the “Twilight” series, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Mike Dexter and others were nobody but their fortune changed drastically, when they came together to shoot Stephenie Meyer’s first novel, which has turned into the “The Twilight Saga” now.
The “Saga” stars dominated the MTV awards show held yesterday and lead actor Pattinson couldn’t help but marvel at how well their fortune has shaped up. “It’s crazy. For it to have accelerated so quickly, said the spiky-haired superstar after receiving the award for the Best performance and Global Superstar.
Pattinson and Kristen walked the red carpet of the MTV Movie Awards in 2008 for the first time and this year they were the star at the awards night. “I should have done a more coherent speech for the Global thing,” Pattinson said of his Global Superstar win.
In 2009, Pattinson and Kristen were the hot property and they walked the red carpets together with Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Taylor Lautner and Peter Facinelli. “I still don’t have any idea what’s going on. I just have to keep working to not explode,” Rob had said to MTV at that time. “I’m incredibly appreciative of every little piece that’s come together. so I can be living this ridiculous life,” he said yesterday.
